Hygiene is important to us!

All reusable instruments (no disposable items) are sterilized after each use in accordance with clinical standards. A hot air sterilizer is available for this purpose. Our sterilizer has a maximum temperature of 180 degrees and can be operated for up to 2 hours! This ensures that our devices receive maximum sterilization! We mainly use this process for surgical instruments and our dilators after use, as they are made entirely of metal and do not contain any electronics. Especially with dilators, which are used for urethral stretching, we want you to be able to let yourself go completely and not have to worry about hygiene standards.
